A mud-running, air-sucking, muscle-pounding, one plus-mile obstacle race. Come rain, snow, man-eating gnats or apocalypse… all to benefit the special olympics.

This event draws over 1k high school juniors and seniors from all over the Grand Valley.

KEKB invites you to check out the 4th Annual Palisade Bluegrass and Roots Music Festival June 15th - 17th, 2012 at Riverbend Park in Palisade
The Carolina Chocolate Drops have already confirmed to be the Headliner June 17th with their old-time strings and new-time vibe which have generated a lot of buzz. Other bands are going through the booking process and more acts will be announced soon.
New this year are 50 premium camping spots, which are expected to sell out fast, close to the festival area where some the artists will come during the festival and pick around the fire pit. There will also be regular camping further away from the festival area and of course for those who want a little peace in the evening there will be a quiet camping area.
There will also be clinics where the artists will give demonstrations along with tips on how to improve your playing ability.
Blind Faith discount tickets are available on the website www.palisademusic.com through January 1, 2011. The organizers expect the popular camping ticket combos to sell out quickly this year.
